Important Information
Modeling and Revisions
Initial 3D modeling is included. Clients are entitled to up to two minor revisions at no additional cost. Major revisions will incur additional charges.
Client Collaboration
We request clients to provide 2D elevations, material specifications, and textures to ensure a seamless design process.
Process Workflow
We start with initial white renders for model finalization, followed by the application of textures and lighting.
Project Timeline
Project timelines may vary based on complexity and the extent of client revisions. Extensive changes may result in additional charges.
Confidentiality Assurance
AiiArt_Design and the client will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project documents and details.
Payment Terms
25% advance payment, 25% upon completion of 50% of the work, and the remaining 50% upon final delivery.
Ownership of Source Files
Source files (.3DS/ .MAX) are the property of AiiArt_Design and will not be shared.
Commencement of Work
Work will commence upon order confirmation and receipt of necessary inputs from the client.
Revision Policy
After three rounds of revisions, any major changes will be chargeable.
